Dear Customers,

     I recently purchased a fuel efficient vehicle from another dealer.  The initial buying experience of high pressure sales, price mark-up of the vehicle and additional "must have" warranty extensions following the agreed to "final" sale price, reminded me that the bottom line is all that matters in most dealerships.

     In almost 9 years of Caravan ownership at Werner's there were none of these problems.  The pleasant no pressure sales department and office personnel make for a congenial atmosphere.  The all important maintenance concerns were always addressed properly, courteously and honestly.  In 40 years of car ownership, Werner's is by far best car dealership I've experienced.
